Public disclosure

The commitments that keep our certification credible — impartiality, confidentiality, and a fair process for every client.

As a certification body, TGHA maintains public commitments that protect the integrity of every certificate it issues. The principles below summarise how we work; formal policy documents are available from our team on request.

  • Impartiality & independence

The certification decision sits with an independent committee, deliberately separate from the audit team. TGHA identifies and manages any conflict of interest that could compromise objectivity.

  • Confidentiality

Information you share during application and audit is treated as confidential and used only to assess and manage your certification.

  • Complaints & appeals

Any client or interested party may raise a complaint or appeal a certification decision. Each is handled fairly, on record, and reviewed independently of those involved in the original decision.

  • Use of certification & marks

Certified organisations may use the TGHA mark only within the granted scope and validity. Misuse, or use outside scope, may lead to suspension or withdrawal.
